Scott McDonald Founder, Managing Director
Scott McDonald

Scott is an Internet strategist and entrepreneur with over 16 years in media, technology and professional services.

Prior to founding Modus Associates, Scott was a strategist with the New York office of Scient Corporation – an industry leader in e-business strategy and consulting – and creative supervisor at Young & Rubicam's Brand Dialogue interactive group.

An expert in customer-centered business innovation, he has led high-profile strategic initiatives for Morgan Stanley & Co., SIRIUS Satellite Radio, Sony Electronics, Comcast Corporation, InterActiveCorp, Major League Baseball, MasterCard International, McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation, United States Army and Citibank.

A frequent contributor to industry publications and conferences, Scott is a member of the Web Analytics Association and the Project Management Institute. He is a graduate of Hobart College and Boston University School of Law, and serves on the board of advisors of two Internet start-ups.

Kristen Kulenych

Kristen brings over 20 years of award-winning creative and business leadership to her work at Modus, including a decade developing new products, services and user experiences for the web.

In addition to co-founding Modus, Kristen has led some of the industryıs most acclaimed creative teams at Young & Rubicamıs Brand Dialogue group, Luminant Worldwide Corporation and Braincraft Technologies where she advised brands including Wyndham Hotel Group, NYSE Euronext, Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation, NBC Universal, Morgan Stanley & Co., AT& T, Dow Jones & Company, United States Army, Fisher Price, Pfizer, Showtime, Sony and Xerox.

Her work has been published in Graphis Booksı DesignAgencies.com and has received awards from the Webby Awards, the Web Marketing Association, the W3 Awards, the London International Advertising Awards, Creative Summit Awards and the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival.

Graham Ericksen

Graham is a digital strategist and user experience expert with over 12 years of experience advising global brands on their internet and communications strategies.

Prior to joining Modus, Graham was the Creative Director of Content and IA at Sullivan, where he developed award-winning work for Schwab, MetLife, Fidelity, Bessemer Trust, Ameriprise, Better Homes & Gardens and Disney. He was also the Director of Customer Experience at JP Morgan Chase, and Senior Information Architect and Writer at Siegel & Gale.

Graham writes and lectures extensively. He has taught his seminar "Write Gooder" to groups of students and communications professionals, and his writing has appeared in blogs, white papers, and publications, including Booz Allen's Strategy and Business.

Graham graduated from Vassar College, where he studied English Literature and classical guitar.
